THE ROAD

Every race, result and training block recorded as it happens.

This is the full record of where I've been and what I'm working towards. Not just race results. The training, the setbacks, the decisions and the progression that leads to Antarctica.

Milestones

THE FULL TIMELINE

Chronological. Unfiltered. Ongoing.

DECEMBER 2025

RACE

BUSSELTON 70.3 PB

5:45. A personal best and the race where it stopped being just training. This is where the passion developed into something more deliberate.

70.3 - 5:45 - PB

NOVEMBER 2025

RACE

THE FIRST ULTRA

50km on foot. I had no idea how it would go. It went well enough to want to go further.

50KM - 5:48

APRIL 2026

RACE

100KM ULTRA

Double the distance of the first ultra. 100km on foot is a different thing entirely. I finished it and it confirmed that the limits I thought I had were further away than I thought.

100KM - 13:38

MAY 2026

RACE

HAWAII 70.3

The results didn't go to plan. I had to remove my shoe and walk across the line in 7:56. Quitting wasn't an option.

70.3 - 7:56

AUGUST 2026

RACE

VANCOUVER T100

2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run. The swim was a reality check. The bike felt solid. The run was a grind. Good benchmark, plenty of work still to do.

2KM SWIM - 80KM BIKE - 18KM RUN - 5:24

CHALLENGEUPCOMING

200KM ULTRA ATTEMPT

200km on foot. Twice the furthest I've covered. I'm not certain I can do it, which is exactly why I'm doing it.

200KM ON FOOT

OCTOBER 2026

CHALLENGEUPCOMING

EVEREST BASE CAMP

After the 200km, I'm heading to Nepal. Long days at altitude, reduced oxygen and very different demands on the body. A completely different test from anything I've done in running or triathlon.

TRAININGUPCOMING

COLD EXPOSURE BLOCK

From November, the preparation gets specific. Cold water training, progressive cold exposure, equipment testing and training through Canadian winter. Getting the body ready for Antarctic conditions.

RACEUPCOMING

A100 ANTARCTICA

King George Island, Antarctica. 1km swim, 66km bike, 33km run. Everything I've done to this point feeds into this.
